This policy explains how we handle quality issues, damaged shipments and refunds. Last updated: June 2026.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Our approach<\/h2>\n  <p>Because products are sold wholesale for resale, we do not accept change-of-mind or buyer&#8217;s-remorse returns. We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of what we ship &#8212; if an item is defective, damaged in transit or fails quality control, we will make it right.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Quality &amp; damage claims<\/h2>\n  <p>If items arrive defective, damaged or not as described, contact us within <strong>30 days of delivery<\/strong> with your order number, a short description and clear photos. Once verified, we will provide a <strong>replacement, credit or refund<\/strong> for the affected items.<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Damaged in transit<\/strong> &#8212; keep the packaging, photograph it and report promptly so we can file a courier claim.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>QC \/ defect<\/strong> &#8212; send photos or video showing the issue and the affected quantity.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Wrong item shipped<\/strong> &#8212; we correct it at our cost.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>What is not covered<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Change of mind, or ordering the wrong quantity or specification.<\/li>\n    <li>Minor natural variations (color, size, finish) inherent to bulk-produced goods.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Custom \/ OEM \/ private-label orders<\/strong> made to your specification &#8212; non-returnable except for genuine defects.<\/li>\n    <li>Import duties and taxes already paid by the buyer (orders ship DAP \/ DDU) are not refundable by WagPort.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n  <p>Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Processing time depends on PayPal and your card issuer.
