How WagPort ships wholesale pet supplies worldwide, and what to expect on lead times, duties and delivery.

How we ship

We ship internationally by express courier — DHL, FedEx and UPS — door-to-door and fully tracked, from China straight to your address. Express is fast and reliable for wholesale cartons, samples and repeat orders.

Lead times

• In-stock items are usually dispatched within a few business days of confirmed payment.
• Custom / OEM orders typically need about 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
• Express transit usually takes a few business days to most destinations; exact time depends on courier and country.

Duties, taxes & customs

Orders ship on DAP / DDU terms: our prices and shipping cover delivery to your destination, while import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility under local regulations.

• We provide the commercial invoice and product details needed for clearance.
• HS codes and declared values are available on request.

Tracking & delivery

You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to delivery. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
