Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern wholesale purchases from WagPort (“we”, “us”), a China-based supplier of wholesale pet supplies to retailers, resellers, pet businesses and brands worldwide (“you”, “the buyer”). By placing an order you accept these terms together with our Shipping & Customs, Wholesale Pricing & MOQ, Refund & Returns and Privacy policies.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) for stock, pricing-error, compliance or sanctions reasons.
3. Prices & wholesale tiers
Prices are shown in USD. Quantity-tier discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Prices and tiers may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout applies to that order.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via PayPal (which also accepts major cards). Orders are processed only after payment clears.
5. Shipping, customs & duties
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS and partner lines). Live carrier rates are shown at checkout. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs charges (DAP / DDU). See Shipping & Customs.
6. Returns
As a B2B supplier we accept returns/claims only for quality defects, damage in transit or QC failures, evidenced per our Refund & Returns policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
7. OEM / private label
Custom and private-label (OEM) orders are quoted separately and may require samples, tooling and longer lead times. The buyer warrants it owns or is licensed to use any logo, artwork or design supplied for customization, and indemnifies us against third-party IP claims arising from such materials.
8. Intellectual property & compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring imported goods comply with the laws, labelling, safety and certification requirements of the destination market.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
